Strengthening our local presence to better serve our customers

We are excited to share an important milestone in VSM’s continued growth in Mexico.

As part of our long-term growth strategy, VSM is establishing VSM Mexico as a dedicated legal entity. This investment reflects our commitment to expanding our presence in Mexico through local employees, enhanced customer support, and future investments in infrastructure. By strengthening our local operations, we will be better positioned to support our customers for years to come.

Continuing VSM’s Commitment to Mexico
For more than 160 years, VSM has built its reputation on delivering world-class coated abrasive solutions backed by exceptional sales, technical knowledge, and customer support.

Our goal is to provide that same level of expertise and responsiveness through a dedicated team in Mexico while continuing to leverage VSM’s global manufacturing capabilities and technical resources.

Organizational Updates
As we begin this transition, we are pleased to announce the following organizational updates:

Héctor Bautista — Sales Manager, VSM Mexico

Effective immediately, Héctor Bautista will serve as Sales Manager for VSM Mexico. Based in Querétaro, Héctor will lead our sales activities and day-to-day operations throughout Mexico, working closely with customers to provide technical support and identify new opportunities.

Mariana Machado — Customer Service

We are also pleased to welcome Mariana Machado to our Customer Service team. Mariana will be the primary point of contact for order processing, quotations, billing inquiries, delivery updates, and other customer service needs.

To ensure the fastest possible response, we kindly ask that all correspondence related to these matters be directed to Mariana going forward.
